Abstract: |
Neolithic and other prehistoric faunal material, including antler fragments, were recovered from the river clay, but were of little archaeological significance [despite their pristine condition] due to the fact that they had not been deposited at the site. It was not thought that their original location could be deduced. No more archaeological work was recommended, partly as a result of the shallow depth of groundwork. [Au(adp)] |
