Abstract: |
An assessment was carried out to determine the archaeological potential of an area of land in advance of a new school. No archaeological finds were recorded in the study area but there were a number of Listed Buildings of Victorian date and the site was considered of interest from a more recent historical perspective. The pond at the site was thought to be the possible remains of a moat, the extent of which was not known. [Au(abr)] |
