Abstract: |
A watching brief recovered burnt and worked flint from the topsoil, and from a tree throw root cast. The small flint assemblage was predominantly late prehistoric, although there was a possible Mesolithic or early Neolithic element. Two sherds of middle Bronze Age/Iron Age pottery were recovered. No archaeological features were identified. [Au(adp)] |
