Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was undertaken in advance of a residential development. The site had been previously identified as being of high archaeological potential in a desk-based assessment. Three trial trenches revealed no archaeological features, a few unstratified finds were recovered. This included some prehistoric struck flint and fragments of broken tile. No further archaeological work was recommended. [Au(adp)]
