Abstract: |
Cleaning the site prior to the proposed works revealed evidence for a series of linear features crossing the site, curvilinear features, a circular possible ring ditch and a series of pits, one of which containing Neolithic worked flint and Beaker pottery with small amounts of cremated bone. The work as a whole revealed a multi-period prehistoric landscape of great regional significance. [Au(adp] |
