Abstract: |
Two factors in the site's potential were identified. It was recognised that the site may have held deposits relating to the Saxon and medieval manor of Hammersh, as well as the possibility of prehistoric deposits existing under the alluvium and peat present at the site. Any such remains would be considered as significant, though the depth of such remains may help to avoid truncation. [Au(adp)] |
