An evaluation on land proposed for the constrcution of an extension to the rear of a dwelling revealed over 1m of archaeological stratigraphy, comprising demolition rubble and structural horizons associated with the existing buildings, and the now demolished 19th century buildings which once occupied the site, a post-medieval stone lined drain, and medieval demolition material.
