Abstract: |
A watching brief was carried during repair work to a 51.00m long section of the City wall The internal face of the rampart wall showed evidence of at least two periods, much of this was slightly weathered suggesting it may have been open to the elements at some stage. The make up of the fill between rampart and wall walk was also established by the watching brief. [Au(abr)] |
