The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 Evaluation of a site proposed for a quarry extension followed an assessment which identified a triple linear ditch system running along the site. Fieldwalking recovered 142 sherds of Romano-British pottery and 25 sherds of medieval and post-medieval pottery and geophysical survey identified anomalies representing a continuation of the eastern ditch of the triple ditch system and a single ditch with a break and possible inturned entrance close to the present quarry.
