Abstract: |
The archaeological and historical assessment was carried out prior to strengthening works to Nancledra Bridge; a well preserved bridge dating to the 19th century. It was probably constructed to allow access to Georgia Mines which lay to the west of the bridge. Nancledra Bridge was a Grade II Listed Building and was situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.[Au(abr)] |
