Abstract: |
The evaluation demonstrated that tthere are remains of medieval buildings and deep in situ medieval deposits on the site. Geotechnical tests indicated that some of these deposits contain waterlogged organic material. However, it is clear from the evaluation that there are also areas to the rear of the site where cellars have been cut into and removed parts of the uppermost medieval levels. [Au(abr)] |
