Abstract: |
A detailed magnetometry survey was carried out in targeted regions of three areas. Positive linear anomalies were found in all these areas, being particularly prominent in Area 1. Circular and curvilinear anomalies were also picked out in several of the areas. The linear features in all three areas seem to share the same orientation. This may indicated a connection between these anomalies and may suggest they are of similar origin. It was thought possible that this origin was archaeological. [Au(abr)] |
