Abstract: |
Archaeological observation of groundworks associated with two extensions at 18-24 High Street, recorded a single pit containing hand-made brick and tile dating to the 17th/18th century. Recent alterations to the rear of the standing building would have removed any other early deposits in the vicinity of the building. [Au] |
