Abstract: |
Evaluation trenching on a proposed farm reservoir site on the Tuddenham - Cavenham parish boundary revealed a few isolated features of probable prehistoric date in an area which appeared to have suffered truncation of archaeological deposits through past land use. In total two small ditches and three pits were located in 730 metres of trenching. A background scatter of flint flakes and blades was also recovered from the top of the subsoil. [Au] |
