Abstract: |
The watching brief was undertaken during the replacement of the surfaced area to the main entrance. The outlines of two graves were identified. One of these graves was partially overlain by the remains of a stone wall. The foundations of the south aisle and a former floor surface at the same level were recorded adjacent to the south doorway. In addition, from an unstratified context came two slabs of stone with lettering and phrases and unidentifiable markings carved upon them. [Au] |
