Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief observed that modern services were present, but no archaeological features or deposits were encountered, and the only pre-modern find was a single sherd of medieval pottery from the topsoil. Although there was no evidence for significant pre-modern activity, the area examined was small and the possibility of encountering archaeological deposits elsewhere within the site could not wholly be excluded.
