Abstract: |
The study area was situated in an area of Bristol known to be archaeologically important. A single evaluation trench revealed intact deposits of medieval and post-medieval date, including buried soils and masonry structures. One of the masonry structures was thought to belong to the original St. Thomas Street frontage. Pottery sherds provided reliable dating evidence. [Au(abr)] |
