Abstract: |
Five evaluation trenches were mechanically excavated at the site to a cumulative length of 200m. and within the building footprint of a proposed new Lesiure Centre. Two features were encountered. The first comprised of a recently backfilled field boundary ditch/open drain and the second was a shallow pit, which contained a concentration of post-medieval blast furnace slag. [Au(adp)] |
