Abstract:
A watching brief was carried out during groundworks prior to the refurbishment of a children's playground. This lay within the area of Scheduled Ancient Monument BK12075, which covered the remains of a Bronze Age barrow cemetery. The site itself lay between two bowl barrows. During the watching brief, no archaeological features or artefacts were observed. [Au(abr)]
