Abstract:		 The magnetometer survey was successful in locating a number of anomalies although it was unlikely that these related to archaeologically significant features. Diffuse area anomalies were likely to be responses to geological variation caused by fluvial action, though two, A and B were identified as requiring further investigation through targeted excavation in order to clarify their origin.
