Abstract: |
A watching brief was carried out during groundworks for the construction of a swimming pool and access road. Aerial photographs had revealed an area of archaeological remains of uncertain date to the south of the site. During the watching brief, three prehistoric struck flints were recovered, one of which was likely to have been a poorly made or unfinished Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age arrowhead. No archaeological features were observed. [Au(adp)] |
