An excavation was undertaken in an area where worked flint and prehistoric pot sherds were recovered during a watching brief maintained during groundworks for the construction of the A30 Indian Queens-Fraddon road improvement scheme. Two structures, one circular and the second rectangular, representing a small Middle Bronze Age farmstead, were revealed. [AIP] |
