Abstract:		 The study area was deemed to have been of high archaeological potential. It was evident that the cloister and conventual buildings associated with the 12th century Benedictine Priory of St. James were present within the site. Later features related to the medieval and post-medieval occupation of the site were also considered to have been present. [AIP]
