Abstract: |
No features were noted during and archaeological evaluation but pottery and building material dating from the late 9th to 15th centuries was recovered from the subsoil. The pottery sherds recovered from the subsoil layer were small and much abraded and probably reflected medieval farming practices such as manuring. [Au(abr)] |
