Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	An archaeological desk-based assessment was undertaken. There was little potential for the survival of currently unknown archaeological deposits within the site. It was also apparent that the construction of factory buildings and car parks on the site in the 1960s had heavily impacted upon the stratigraphy of deposits across about two-thirds of the site. It was therefore not considered that further archaeological work was necessary prior to any future development. [Au(adp)]
