Abstract:		 A watching brief was carried out during the excavation of foundation trenches for a new semi-detached property. The site lay close to an area of medieval pottery production. A large ceramic drain cut the clay subsoil in the southern section and a number of fragments of stoneware pottery were noted in the topsoil. No other finds or features were recorded. [Au(abr)]
