Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was carried out during the excavation of a trench located to repair a water main on the north-west side of the interior of the barbican of Walmgate Bar. The trench exposed a number of modern services and the deposits within the trench were associated with the backfill of these features and reinstatement of the road surface. [Au] |
