Abstract: |
A watching brief was carried out after a water main had burst in Kenilworth Abbey fields to the west of the 14th century abbey Gatehouse. A number of fragments of roof tile were noted in the spoil and these appeared to derive from c.0.2m below the surface, from the pebble layer. [Au(abr)] |
