Abstract: |
The assessment concluded that the proposed development area should first of all be seen as an entity, in that, what existed there was a well-preserved and intact post-medieval historic landscape. There was good potential for in situ deposits of an earlier farming phase during the medieval period. Also, there was the possiblity for remains related to Mesolithic hunter-gatherers within the area. [AIP] |
