Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out at a proposed development site, formerly the site of a sewage works, where Roman pottery and an Early Bronze Age cup had previously been found. One sherd of prehistoric pottery and several medieval sherds were recovered, and several features were recorded which may have been post holes but were more likely to have been natural. It was concluded that the site had only a low archaeological potential. [AIP] |
