Abstract: |
Observation of the erection of new telegraph poles across the deserted medieval settlement (Warwickshire SMR Ref No. WA 858) on behalf of East Midlands Electricity, in December 1994, revealed no archaeological features, although two 14th/15th century sherds were recovered from the topsoil in one trench (Trench 5).[AIP] |
