Abstract: |
Three trenches were excavated and revealed a stratigraphic sequence of top soil and subsoil overlying glacial sands and natural chalk. Trenches one and two revealed the remains of a chalk foundation that was post-medieval in date. No other archaeological features were recorded on the site. [Au(abr)] |
