Abstract: |
Beneath the subsoil in trench 1 a small ditch on a north east/south west alignment, a possible tree bole and other root disturbance was observed. Trench 2 revealed a linear on an east/west orientation cut from the level of the subsoil and, again, a number of possible tree boles cutting into the natural brickearth. All features remained undated and, with the exception of a modern pipe trench in trench 2, no other features were recorded. [Au] |
