Abstract: |
A review of documentary, geological, archival and cartographic sources has indicated that the site lies in an area know to have moderate archaeological potential. The geotechnical report though reveals a substantial depth of modern made ground across the site. The proposed development plan appears to avoid any intrusive works and should avoid damaging any archaeological deposits. No further archaeological investigation need be taken. [Au(abr)] |
