Abstract: |
Following an initial evaluation, a watching brief was maintained during groundworks at the Treasury. The foundations of the medieval Close wall were uncovered and recorded beneath the existing Close Wall. A possible door threshold was observed. No artefacts earlier than the 18th century were recovered. [Au] |
