Abstract: |
<summary>The results of the evaluation suggested that extensive medieval deposits and structural features of the 13th and perhaps 14th centuries survived in a good state of preservation beneath the ridge and furrow in the area to the west of the motorway at Junction 7. The site was notable for being the first in Hereford & Worcester where a succession from rural settlement to arable farming could be stratigraphically demonstrated for the Medieval period. {italon}Sec(abr/adp)(21a){italoff} {italon}SMR Primary Record Numbers:{italoff} HWCM10176 |
