Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	The assessment of the 160ha of the proposed development area revealed 51 new sites and led to the amendment of 18 existing records on the SMR. 4 main concentrations of sites were isolated. 2 Romano-British sites; one including a possible Romano-British cemetery, medieval ridge and furrow and post-medieval buildings.
