Abstract: |
During operations to clear out a former pond close to the south-west boundary of Plot 3, a number of timbers were exposed, some set into the ground, one set horizontally with a deposit of loose rubble behind it. To the south of this timber, upslope, was a deposit of unmortared stone rubble. Fragments of modern brick and tile were also noted. [Au(adp)] |
