Abstract: |
A trial trench was excavated as an evaluation in advance of the proposed development of the site. The lack of any archaeological remains or artefacts recovered from the sampling, along with the evidence of substantial, almost total, modern ground disturbance within the trench, suggested that the areas presently unoccupied by buildings had also been substantially disturbed.
