Abstract: |
Trial trenching in advance of road construction near Knappers Farm (a prehistoric cemetery excavated in the 1930s) revealed traces of prehistoric activity possibly relating to the cemetery. Samples were taken for pollen analysis and the `Palaeobotanical assessment' is presented by Jennifer Miller (22--8). A single sherd of Beaker pottery is discussed by Robert Squair (29--31) in `A report on a sherd from Knappers Farm'. |
