Abstract: |
Comprises five reports on observations made during engineering works. The works took place in the wake of archaeological investigations (see also GUARD 116, 116.1, 116.2) and had been partially relocated to avoid a megalithic enclosure. Consequently, no important archaeological features were identified, although a number of field drains, an undated ditch, and further evidence of eighteenth-century rig and furrow were recorded. The report concludes by recommending no further archaeological work and notes intentions for the deposition of the site archive. |
