Abstract:
An archaeological assessment in advance of housing development. Despite the previous discovery of a Bronze Age cemetery in the vicinity, a desk-top survey, field walking, and geophysical survey established that the possibility of significant archaeology being present is slight. The geophysical survey produced anomalies which had very little correlation. A watching brief is recommended. `Appendices' (24) list photographs and context descriptions.
