Abstract:		 This report presents the results of geophysical surveys conducted in advance of proposed residential development at Snipe House Farm, Darlington. The works comprised gradiometer surveys of three areas. The proposed development area contained a considerable amount of ferrous debris, through this has not prevented identification of potential archaeological features.
