The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 An archaeolgical evaluation was completed over a brownfield site in Carnoustie by AOC Archaeology Group, on behalf of their client DJ Laing, in advance of a residential development. In total five trenches and thirteen test-pits were excavated across the area, in response to the 5 % evaluation. The remnants of a 19th and 20th century rubbish tip were identified in the northern half of the land parcel. Neither significant archaeolgical features nor artefacts were identifiied during the works.
