Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was carried out on land at The Old Mill, Manor Lane, Peckleton, Leicestershire (SK 468 009) on the 4th August 2006. This work was carried out on behalf of Mr Greg Waterfield in advance of the erection of a detached double garage with games room. The work involved observing foundation trenches for any signs of archaeological activity. The results of this investigation were negative. The site archive will be held by Leicestershire Museums Service accession number X.A97.2006.
