Abstract:		 Three phases of archaeological work was carried out in connection with a programme of restoration works in the Lodge Grounds, North Berwick. The initial archaeological work comprised a survey by rectified photography of the south wall of St Andrew''s kirkyard and the entrance walls of a tunnel structure to the east of the kirkyard, prior to the restoration of the walls. The second phase of work involved a watching brief during the excavation of two foundation trenches along the kirkyard wall. The third phase of work comprised a watching brief during the excavation of drainage trenches and a soakaway pit some 120 m to the east of the remains of St Andrew''s church. No archaeological features were uncovered during this project.
