Abstract: |
The building is known as Beaford Mill House in the listed building description, and is a 16th-century 3-room and cross passage farmhouse. A record of the roof of the building was made during rethatching. A watching brief was also undertaken during excavations for a new conservatory and lowering of the floor level within the rear range. |
