Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken by AOC Archaeology at the site of Saltley Primary Care Centre, Birmingham in July 2009. No archaeological features were revealed. Natural geology was observed across the site at depths varying from 0.15m to 1.10m below ground level. Significant horizontal truncation appeared to have taken place with subsoil present in only isolated areas. The entire site was overlain by a 19th century garden soil. |
