Abstract:		 In May 2008 ASC Ltd undertook an archaeological excavation at the Hertfordshire County Showground, Redbourn, prior to the construction of an acoustic barrier. A number of linear features, interpreted as post-medieval field boundaries and shown on 19th century Ordnance Survey maps were present. No other archaeological features were present and the archaeological impact of the development is considered to have been minimal.
