The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation of land at the Former Nailstone Colliery, Nailstone and Ibstock, Leicestershire was undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology in November 2008. A total of 47 trenches was excavated. The evaluation identified two former field boundary ditches within the eastern part of the site. Both features were of probable post-medieval date. An undated ditch terminal was identified within the western part of the site. The majority of the trenches (44) were devoid of archaeological features.
